Payment:
Currently I accept Paypal, Google Checkout, Money Orders, Personal Checks, and Cashier Checks as a form of payment for non local customers. For local customers I accept cash as well, but you need to contact me directly before check out. If paying by check, all checks must clear before shipment. Installment payments are available for purchases over $200. Artwork will ship when all payments are completed.
Shipping:
U.S. SHIPPING: Upon receipt of payment, I will ship the item within three business days via USPS going out Priority Mail or UPS for oversized items. If your order needs to be expedited, please contact me before purchasing to let me know. Each package is shipped with insurance that is included with the shipping and handling cost. Also confirmation numbers (different from tracking numbers) will be provided for all packages. All quoted shipping costs are for U.S. only. Shipping and handling is not negotiable.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: I will offer international shipping upon request. If you are an international customer, PLEASE contact me before purchasing so I can give you an accurate quote on shipping and handling to your location. Also PLEASE NOTE that the buyer is responsible for all fees (tariff, customs, etc.) related to international shipping.
Refunds and Exchanges:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you must return it within seven days in its original condition. Please contact me immediately regarding a return so I know to be expecting it in the mail. Upon receipt of the returned item, I will refund the purchase price, minus shipping cost. The item you are returning must be shipped fully insured of the purchase price. If you return an item for refund, the cost of shipping it back to me is your responsibility. Money is returned the same means as received.
If there is damage during shipment, all packaging must be saved and the Carrier must be alerted within the first 24 hour of package received for inspection. Damage caused by buyer due to improper handling, care, neglect will not be refunded.
Additional Policies:
The original painting becomes the property of the buyer. The seller retains all rights to digital images, including the right to reproduce as prints and to use the image for promotional purposes.

PLEASE NOTE that although I do my best to ensure color accuracy in my digital images, colors display differently on different computer monitors. Therefore, the colors in your painting may look slightly different than they did on the computer screen.
